Many thanks to the survey respondents, 200 people around the world who contributed their thoughts to the Future2043 survey.
I especially thank Russell Collins who built a customized survey app for the Future2043 research which enabled me to explore, organize, correlate and get my head around the over 2000 comments in response to 15 questions. Russell also provided a critical eye of editing along with writing support.
