Portalmania is a series of stories written over 7 years. Portals are both openings and closings. They are transitions between us and others, and between different versions of ourselves. These stories are very personal and hard-hitting.

The impact on people who go through them is powerful. Debbie talks about a terrifying and wide open future for our children and hopes they will see and live things we cannot. People are different and as relationships develop, differences may be accepted or rejected. Or people may try hard to change you.
