Art Kleiner, writer, editor and entrepreneur has years of experience in business and technology. I first discovered him when researching my book, The Gig Mindset Advantage – A Bold New Breed and listed him on a special list as one of the earliest gig mindsetters. His book The Age of Heretics: A History of the Radical Thinkers Who Reinvented Corporate Management (first published in 1988) is a classic today. Art was one of the early detectors of how radical, gig mindset, non-conventional thinkers can bring change and innovation inside organizations.
We all need to get a grasp on AI, what it means for us, the benefits and potential harms. Art and Juliette Powell (co-author) offer principles to help us frame our thinking. Principles are more important today than solutions. Solutions can only be partial as we are all exploring this new territory together.
